No, the event fee is non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person. Please email concierge@xona.com.ar with the replacement’s information so the event team can review and issue a new invitation.

Yes, the fee is 100% reimbursable with Development Funds up to US$10,000.

All tickets include:

• Full agenda activities (sessions, All Food & Beverages, and official networking events).
• Arrival and departure shuttles (October 14 & 17).
• Hotel accommodation from October 14 to October 17, 2025.
